Cooperative development, joint venture, strategic alliance, co-marketing and E commerce agreements with parties such as Microsoft, America On Line, Oracle, Sybase, IBM, DEC and Tandem.
Created a Sarbanes-Oxley-related worldwide ethics hotline and corporate compliance program for a company with over 40 facilities in 19 countries.
